Texas Wine Country Balloon Rides
Wine Country hot air balloon rides are generally available from early March to early November. Austin Lake Flight balloon rides are available year round. The departure from Austin, San Antonio, or the surrounding area is extra early, but well worth it for those seeking the ultimate adventure or romantic start to the day - the Hill Country's sunrise is a hot air balloonist's paradise!

Depart Austin, San Antonio or the surrounding area in your luxury sedan or limousine at 4:30 AM to arrive in time for a Hill Country sunrise take-off.
Catch some sleep as the limousine glides through the hills, or contemplate your pending adventure over gourmet coffee and a newspaper. Upon arrival enjoy a serene dawn balloon flight followed by a full day of wine tasting where you can hear stories about your morning adventure!

Rise above the earth and you can see "forever" - rivers, valleys, hills, and those not as lucky as you. During your flight, you will see an experience many of the most spectacular views the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
Wild deer and turkey, breathtaking wild flowers, a spectacular sunrise and block rock formations are just a few of the fantastic sights available. Special Notes:
Passenger safety, comfort, and enjoyment are always our first priority. Pre-arranged Balloon rides are subject to last-minute cancellations due to weather. Refunds will not be given, however you will receive a Flight Certificate good for another day of your choosing. Flights are conducted only under FAA Visual Flight Rules and light winds on the surface of less than 9 mph. The wind speed at 2400' must be less than 19 mph. Balloon pilots need excellent visibility - no rain - no fog, and if there is a cloud layer, it must be at least 3000'.
